I had no allergies until 2018 when I took vaccines (tetanus, tuberculosis, 2x MMR, 3x Pertussis). These vaccines changed my personality and made me allergic to dairy products, sesame, soy sugar, body spray, perfume, cardamom, cloves...and so many other GMO products or artificial man-made products.

Before these vaccines, I was a calm, happy and social person, my brain and memory were really sharp but after the vaccines everything changed. I was really worried, upset and angry. I went more than 150 times to different doctors to reverse the impact of the vaccines I took but some doctors ignored that vaccines have such impacts and some doctors said that it was impossible to git rid of the vaccines from your body. They said that every vaccine stays at least ten years in the body.

After a long research I finally found some natural products that could fight the heavy toxic ingredients of the vaccines and after using this smoothie for two weeks, I can consume dairy products (that I love and are super healthy). That's why I decided to share this solution with those who really need it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach / kale
  • ½ mango
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon (small green) juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (with skin and washed)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 15-30 almonds
  • 3-5 branches of parsley or 1 teaspoon milk thistle powder
  • ⅓ Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Wash all fresh vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Pour some water to your blender first.
  3. Add the greens: spinach or kale, and blend briefly to break them down.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients: mango, apple, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds.
  5. Blend until completely smooth.
  6. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water.
  7. Optional: for sweeter taste, add 2-3 pitted dates or a teaspoon of honey

There are vegetables and foods that help cleanse your body from toxic chemicals and it's important that you consume these foods daily.

  4. Vegetables with dark green leaves

  6. Grapes
  7. Orange

Physical activities and sun light are also necessary for being and staying healthy. Stay hydrated to flush toxins.

  • Pills and chemicals or artificial supplements
  • Aluminum cookware and foil
  • Plastic cookware, No plastic gloves during cooking
